Find out what your Chiropractic
benefits are, either on-line or by phone. Ask them
specifically, "What are my Chiropractic benefits?" |

Ask if you need a referral from
your primary care doctor. (Skip to step 5 if you do
not need a referral). If you need a referral, you
must first call your primary care doctor to see what
the procedure is in their office for obtaining a
referral to see a specialist. For those patients
with insurance policies requiring a referral, we
must receive the referral in our office before
the first visit. As soon as we receive the referral,
you may be seen in our office. |
